Prof. Sadhan Kumar Dey has got world-wide acclaim as a veteran Professor of English Language & Literature and an Author & Editor/Co-Editor of more than 108 National/International Books and Book Chapters. Earlier he worked as Assistant Professor of English & Head, Department of Humanities at Pailan College of Management & Technology (PCMT), Kolkata before joining RCCIIT, Kolkata. He has been parallelly working as Board of Study (BOS) Member of English for a couple of Universities including MAKAUT (formerly known as WBUT). He has been working as Visiting Professor of English Language Teaching in Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), West Bengal since 2005. He is also an active member working for developing Teaching and Learning Materials and AV Lectures for a couple of Universities in India and abroad. Earlier he worked as Editor of Cambridge India and authored a number of Books for School Children under CBSE/ISC/ICSE. He is very serious about implementation of Digital Pedagogy through Online Teaching. He is humane in his Dialogue-based teaching and ensures Interactive and Participatory learning among the advanced scholars. Most of his Research Articles are the product of Participatory/Action Research based on real life acdemic situation in Higher Education.
